New Device Purchases
We recommend that you purchase an iPad 10th Generation.
The school will be supporting:
- iPads released from 2019 onwards.
- iPad Pro (M4)
- iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd generation and later)
- iPad Pro 11-inch (1st generation and later)
- iPad Air (M2)
- iPad Air (3rd generation and later)
- iPad (7th generation and later)
Requirements
- Device must be updated to iOS 18 or above
- At least 32GB of storage
- iPad Mini’s will not be supported.

New Device Purchases
We recommend that you purchase either the MacBook Air M2 or M3.
The School will be supporting the following devices:
- MacBook Air’s from 2020 and above
- MacBook Pro’s from 2019 and above (updated to Mac OS 14 and above)
Windows devices and Chromebooks will not be supported.
Year 7 - 12 BYOD laptop program
Other Considerations
- A tough, sturdy cover/case in the event the device is dropped
- Light enough for your child to carry each day
- Durability of the device
- Insurance in the event the device is broken or lost
- Extra warranty to reduce future possible repair costs such as AppleCare +
Technical Support
- The ICT Team will assist students with technical difficulties.
- New devices will be enrolled into our management system to access Wi-Fi services.
